NOTIFICATION REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA DURING EMPLOYEE SELECTION

This notice informs you about the processing of your personal data during your participation in the employee selection process. Companies listed in Annex 1 jointly control your personal data for the purpose of employee selection. The specific company employing you, as listed in Annex 1, will be determined at the end of the selection. Your personal data, listed below, will be processed by the co-managers until the employee(s) are selected in the ongoing process and subsequently securely processed. The legal basis for this processing is to assess the suitability of your candidacy before concluding an employment contract with you (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data processed for the purpose of employee selection:

  • Name, surname, patronymic;
  • Date of birth;
  • Nationality;
  • Gender;
  • Place of birth;
  • Personal code;
  • Photo;
  • Address (actual and declared residence);
  • Telephone numbers;
  • Marital status;
  • Family-related details;
  • E-mail address;
  • Signature;
  • Identity document details;
  • Visa details;
  • Border crossing information;
  • Driving license details;
  • Work-related details (position, work period, workplace information, countries worked, vehicle details, recommendations);
  • Trainer’s full name.

You are not obligated to provide this information, but not doing so may hinder the consideration of your candidacy.

Data Exchange:

  • Your personal data may be provided and processed by companies in Annex 1, established in EU Member States and/or other third countries;
  • Transferred to data processors (recruitment agencies, IT service providers) working on behalf of any company in Annex 1;
  • Submitted to authorities issuing visas and other necessary work permits;
  • Provided to other companies in the Work Host group in any country;
  • Shared with telecommunications service providers for mobile SIM card activation;
  • Disclosed to third parties as per legal requirements.

International Data Transfer:

If processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, security measures equivalent to EU standards are ensured.

You have the right to:

  • Be informed about the processing of your personal data;
  • Access your personal data;
  • Correct incorrect or incomplete personal data;
  • Restrict data processing activities;
  • Request deletion of personal data (if you withdraw consent);
  • Object to data processing (when based on legitimate interest);
  • Data portability (when based on consent);
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
